Rates
$90 for initial session $90 per 50-60 minute follow up sessions.

Insurance
Tricare the military insurance is accepted.
Medicare is also accepted.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. 

• With the exception of Tricare and Medicare the payment of $90 is required at the time of each session and we will file the insurance claim form for you. Any reimbursement from the insurance company goes back to the patient.

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
